REMEMBER

A message segment is one part of the whole message

A typical reach out message is: [INTRO] + [COMMONALITY] +[OPEN ENDED QUESTION]

Within each segment, there are different variations of the same message that the software can spin around (aim for a minimum of 3 variations per segment)

Segments are mainly being used when you do any automation; automated outreach, sending broadcast messages, automatically replying to comments etc.

Intro: {Hi [Name], Hey [Name], Hello [Name]}

Commonality: {Looks like we [thing in common], Seems like you and I are both [thing in common], I see you are also into [thing in common]}

Open Ended Question:{How has it been going for you?, How long have you been part of this?, What has your experience been like?}

Segments are only available for the tag you create them in (unless it’s a global segment)

The more segment variations you have, the more unique messages will be sent.
